I have been gaming on the net or at brick and mortar casinos for many years. I have been taught, the fixation can grab a hold of you and you won’t even notice it until you are broke. Especially if you are on a scoring streak. I have been through countless hundreds of clams in just a short period of time and even today, I can go a bit too far. It feels like you are only enjoying yourself up until you choose to pay attention to your squanderings and the blame settles in, and of course you keep advising yourself "I might be able to win it back" a number of times. It never works. Then you get icky in your stomach and the harder you attempt the more rapidly you lose.
When you find that you are up, STAY on the UP! When you start to throw away, don’t inform yourself, "well only 1 more" over and over again, believe in me, this plan barely ever operates. Say you are playing on one armed bandits, keep a figure separate prior to beginning your action. DO NOT go over that restriction, no matter how tempting. If you happen to earn, put the winnings in a separate cup. Don’t wager your earnings regardless of what happens. Once you have gambled through your original predetermined cutoff, stop. Back off, regardless if it’s on the web or in a land based gambling hall, do not stick around. At all times remember, there will be other days, another time. Clearly, this process usually will function for any casino game that you bet on, be it bingo, poker, video poker, keno, chemin de fer or any other casino game.
Remember, wagering is supposed to be exciting not demanding, sickening work! If you are not enjoying yourself, you do not belong at the casinos. If you can’t afford the squanderings, do not ever start.
